Abstract:	相較於國外成熟而廣泛的資訊技術應用，台灣在這一方面則顯得落後許多，同時環顧國內的研究，在資訊管理方面的研究實屬少數，且大多數以資訊技術的工具性為主要之探討對象。在講求以策略應用資訊技術的今日，對國內產業如何策略應用資訊技術的研究應為各研究者共同努力之方向。本研究以個案研究法對此一課題進行探索性研究，期對資訊管理領域的研究發展盡一己之力。
