Title:	大學生的時間管理及其相關因素之研究 College students` time management

Abstract:	本研究主要的目的在探討大學生的時間管理行為與時間壓力、學業拖延以及學習滿意之關係。研究樣本為政治大學學生，包括大學生901人，（男生286人，女生615人）及研究生（含碩士班和博士班）134人（男生35人，女生99人）。本研究工具包括：時間管理行為量表、時間壓力問卷、拖延評定量表以及學習滿意問卷。首先，測量及描述大學生的時間管理行為、時間壓力、學業拖延以及學習滿意的現況。其次比較不同性別、院別、年級、教育程度以及曾否閱讀時間管理或壓力管理相關書籍的大學生，在時間管理行為、時間壓力、學業拖延以及學習滿意的差異情形。再次探討大學生的時間管理行為、時間壓力、學業拖延以及學習滿意與學業成就的關係。以及，分析大學生的時間管理行為與時間壓力、學業拖延以及學習滿意的關係。結果發現：使用時間管理行為的程度不同之大學生，其在時間壓力、學業拖延，學習滿意以及學業成就上均有顯著差異存在，並且顯示使用時間管理行為的程度愈高者，其時間壓力愈低、學業拖延愈不嚴重、學習滿意程度愈高、且學業成就愈佳。最後，本研究針對結果進行討論，並對在教育上的涵義提供具體的建議。　　The purpose of this research is to explore the relationships among time management behaviors, time stress, academic procrastination, and learning satis-faction of undergraduates and graduates in Taiwan.
