Abstract:	本論文旨在探討中國大陸自1979年對外開放以來，利用外商直接投資與其經濟發展的關係。在分析上，從中共的外資政策、外商在中國大陸直接投資的結構以及外商直接投資對中國大陸所產生的經濟效果等三方面加以論述。研究發現：外商直接在中國大陸經濟發展中的角色越來越重要，這主要表現在外商直接投資在中國大陸的資本形成、產出、進出口貿易等方所佔的份額不斷上升，同時也表現在外商對中國大陸的技術轉移。但是，由於中國大陸目前正面臨經濟體制和發展策略的轉型期，因此外商直接投資也帶來一些負面的影響，這包括外商來源與投資區域過度集中、外商投資的行業投向不合理。
