Title:	清康雍乾三朝八旗生計問題之研究

Abstract:	滿清定都北京，建立全國政權之後，旗人地位發生了根本變化。一方面，旗人在打天下的過程中立下汗馬功勞，不能不給以特殊待遇；另一方面，滿清以一個少數民族入主中原，為了確保其政權的鞏固，就必須充分依靠八旗武力作為統治全國的主要工具。為了確保這一立國的根本，清廷制定了各種制度和措施，千方百計的授予旗人各項特權，竭力樹立和鞏固他們在全國的優越地位。而這些種種特權，是欲使旗人能免　　本文的研究方法，是利用歷史學上因果關係的分析，依時間先後順序，將複雜繁瑣的歷史現象，逐步加以推演與歸納，期能剖析問題發生的來龍去脈，以為進一步討論的基礎。故於第二章先交代旗人生計主要來源與其轉變性為何？第三章說明八旗生計在何種原因之下產生問題？是自發性的演變，抑或是政策上所引發的問題，或是文化衝突下的一種產物。第四章說明當清廷意識到八旗生計問題危及到整個統治基礎時，所採取的解決措施，其措施中又可分為消極與積極兩種。第五章所說明的是八旗生計問題從發生到清廷試圖去解決其問題時所產生的影響為何？以上是本文欲討論的重點。八旗生計問題的研究，是清史中重要的一環，因此，將八旗生計問題作一釐清，對清史研究不僅有所裨益，而且是深具意義的。
