    Abstract: 近年來,國內社會型態隨著國民所得的提高,婦女就業的增加,教育水準之提升以及家庭結構之改變等因素而產生變化,進而促使消費者之購買行為亦產生重大的變化;這些變化總括而言,就是從重視物質生活走向重視精神生活,從重視空間生活走向重視時間生活。傳統的雜貨店不再能滿足消費者的需求,大型零售市場亦不能滿足迅速、便利購買的要求,於是連鎖便利商店便應運而生,提供消費者一個便利、選擇、服務、經濟與信賴的購物空間。
