    摘要: 由於房地產投機近年來對國內經濟造成極大的影響，而公共政策亦以打壓投機為目標。然而，房地產投機之意義為何?不同投機行為間有何差異?房地產投機的投機強度如何衡量?如何訂定抑制房地產投機之對策?這些均為本研究所討論的內容。
