    Title: 民營企業經理人員的自我監控程度.領導方式與員工工作滿足之相關研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在於探討企業組織中,經理人員的自我監控程度、領導方式情境因素與員工工作滿足之關係。根據前述有關領導及工作滿足之理論與相關研究資料分析,本研究採用權變觀點認為:經理人員的領導方式(leadership style)除了受其本身的人格特質影響外,亦受到情境因素的影響,而經理人員的人格特質、領導方式、以及情境因素會影響員工的工作滿足程度,並依此建立本研究的觀念性架構及研究假設。
