Abstract:	論文提要本篇論文的主旨在於探討我國民族精神教育政策，在歷經數十年的政治、經濟、社會與文化變遷之後，在現階段環境中應有的發展方向，以政策分析為主要研究途徑與分析架構。全文共分七章二十節，約十二萬字。第一章緒論：說明本論文的研究動機、目的、方法、分析架構、研究範圍與研究限制。第二章民族精神教育的涵義與政策：探討民族精神教育的涵義及其政策的演進過程。第三章現階段推行民族精神教育的政策環境：試從政治、經濟、社會與文化的角度分析現階段的政策環境以及影響政策制訂的重要因素。第四章現階段民族精神教育政策的制訂：探討現階段政策的制訂依據、制訂過程、政策目標與政策內容。第五章現階段民族精神教育政策的執行：分別從執行的機構、可運用的資源、執行重點與執行績效的考核來予以討論。第六章現階段民族精神教育政策的評估：試評估現階段政策的制訂、執行及其影響。第七章結論：提出本論文的檢討、建議以及對未來的展望。
