Abstract:	論文提要本論文計壹冊，約九萬字，共分六章十二節。第一章、緒論。首先說明研究動機、目的，研究方法與範圍。第二章、德日兩國農地繼承法制之概況介紹。以供我國比較，參考。第三章、我國繼承法制與台灣民間繼承習慣之探討。除為文獻之回顧外，並進行農地繼承實例之調查，以便明瞭農地繼承習慣自清代以來之變遷與現況，進而探知實行農地一人繼承之限制或有利條件。第四章、農民繼承意願之調查分析。俾暸解農地繼承問題之重心與動向，實行農地一人繼承之課題，進而提出可行之對策。第五章、農地繼承法制之回顧與檢討。以歷次農地繼承法律擬訂時行政院所持之立法意旨，及審議時立法院所反映之意見，以及法律實際之應用效果等，檢討政策目標是否妥適？立法內容是否切實？弟六章、結論與建議。提出台灣實行農地一人繼承之可行方針與現行農地繼承法制之改進建議。
