Title:	農村社區土地重劃之研究

Abstract:	內容提要本論文共分五章，主要在從當前農村社區居住環境所面臨問題之癥結，探討以重劃方式更新農村社區，改善農村居住條件，提昇環境品質之可行性，其可能遭遇之困難、問題及對策等，並以南投縣鹿谷鄉秀峰社區為研究之個案。茲將各章內容提要簡述如下：第一章緒論：主要在闡述本研究之動機與目的，方法與流程，並對資料來源加以說明，對若干主要名詞加以界定。第二章實施經驗探討：主要在探討國內、外對於以重劃方式更新農村社區，改善農村居住環境之做法及一般看法。第三章秀峰社區之現況分析：主要在從秀峰社區之問題現況，探討以重劃方式解決問題之可行性，著重於個案資料之統計、整理與分析。第四章秀峰社區重劃擬議：在假設社區重劃可行之前提下，研擬社區重劃之各項實施原則，並提出個人對秀峰社區重劃計畫之構想。第五章結論與建議：就上述各章作一結論，並提出若干建議，以為政府推行農村社區土地重劃之參考。
