Introduction: 民國二十一年本校前身之中央政治學校籌設地政研究班，該班之成立係為因應土地改革之需要，培養中上層土地行政專門人才，亦為我國地政教育之濫觴。民國三十二年改為地政學系，於民國五十七年招考碩士班研究生，自七十學年度起增設博士班，民國九十一年，為滿足社會在職教育需求成立碩士在職專班。本系著重於地政專業理論、土地管理、土地資源規劃及土地測量與資訊實務技能，以培養地政學術研究，及公私部門之土地使用規劃與管理、土地登記與土地估價、房地產投資與仲介等人員。地政學系
