Abstract:	工作滿足即為一種工作者對於其工作所具有的感覺或情感性的反應，而這種感覺即為其工作滿足的大小。雖然工作滿足工作績效的大小並沒有絕對的關係，然而使員工的工作滿足程度提高，應仍是一企業主持人應追求的方向。影響工作滿足的前因變項，有個人特質及環境二因素，其中包含的項目有很多，本文個人特質部分只選人口統計特徵及成就動機二者，環境因素共選工作特性及組織氣候二者，並抽樣貿易從業人員，研究其與工作滿足的相關程度，且提供貿易遴選員工及改善組織環境的一個方向。本文將分五章十二節。第一章緒論、第二章有關理論的探討；三、四二章為研究的過程與發現；第五章則為本文的結論與建議。
