Abstract:	近年來，由於企業環境變遷迅速，生產規模日益拓大與複雜，通貨膨脹問題又持存在，所以管理上依賴會計資訊的程度與日俱增，而會計資訊品質之優劣及是否充分運用亦相形重要。因此本研究以主其事的主管為研究對象。首章分四節略述，研究動機、目的、方法、範圍及限制。第二章共四節，討論會計功能的演變，趨勢、會計主管的職務及其地位之演變。第三章共四節，探討影響會計主管參與管理的因素及有關學者的實證報告。第四章實證研究，以調查問卷方式進行，了解我國企業會計主管的職務內容及其影響因素。第五章分兩節，為全文的結論及建議事項。
