Title:	國營事業投資計劃評估之研究

Abstract:	「明日的繁榮是建築在今日的投資之上」。欲求一個企業的穩定成長與長期生存, 一個國家經濟的繁榮, 均不可缺少生產財的投資, 沒有今日生產財的投資就不可能創造明日更多的財富。故資本投資計劃之重要性與影響力不僅及於企業本身, 對國家、社會之整體經濟發展亦同樣具有重要性及影響力。台灣自光復以來, 國營事業在經濟發展上一直都扮演重要的角色, 因此, 國營事業的投資計劃應採用何種評估技術以排定投資的優先順序, 實有做進一步研究之必要, 使國家有限的資源而能做最有效的配置, 裨益國計與民生。全文計分為七章, 第一章為研究動機與目的、方法、範圍與限制之介紹。第二章說明國營事業與經濟發展之關係。第三章介紹投資的程序與影響投資的有關因素。第四章討論投資計劃的評估方法與有關概念。第五章介紹和探討目前國營事業投資計劃編製及評估方法。第六章舉出實際個案、就有關資金之籌措、成本效益與行為因素做綜合性之分析與檢討。第七章為結論與建議。全文約為七萬餘字。
