Abstract:	本篇論文共分六章十三節，約十萬字左右。第一章緒論，論述研究此論文之目的及近代中國學會運動觀念之由來。第二章江蘇學會運動發展之背景；分三節，主要探討江蘇省民智之發展、士紳階級的覺醒和外力衝擊與江蘇省學會運動發展之關係。第三章戊戌時期江蘇省學會運動之發展；分四節，主述上海學會，上海地區學會運動之初起，其它地區學會之初起和學會之暫停。第四章庚子以後江蘇省學會運動之發展；分三節，主述庚子以後學會運動之轉型及其在江蘇省發展的狀況。第五章江蘇省學會運動的影響與成效；分三節，探討學會運動中領導與學會的關係，其發展在時空上分布之意義以及江蘇省學會之特色，影響與成效。第六章結論。
