Abstract:	第一章「緒論」, 緒述研究動機、目的, 研究範圍、限制等。第二章「回饋控制概念簡介」, 闡述回饋控制之意義, 介紹回饋控制之種類、功用, 以及建立有效回饋控制系統之條件。第三章「會計資訊與回饋控制」, 說明會計人員在回饋控制系統中所扮演的角色, 會計資訊之意義與回饋控制所需之會計資訊標準。第四章「會計回饋資訊在績效評估上之運用」, 介紹回饋報告之編製, 如何利用回饋報告評估及提高工作績效, 及運用上之限制。第五章「會計回饋資訊在更正決策上之運用」, 分析差異應否調查、更正決策如何做成, 以及例外管理原則之運用等。第六章「結論與建義」, 提出建議與彙總說明。
