Title:	東協區域合作之研究

Abstract:	本論文擬印七十冊，凡七萬餘字，分為六章二十一節，主要從區域主義及區域合作與整合的觀點論述東協（東南亞國家協會）十一年來在政治、經濟等方面的合作與成長。其中所遇到的難題及嘗試解決的途徑，以探討亞洲區域主義、區域合作能否與歐洲的經驗並駕齊驅。第一章論及戰後東南亞的局勢。第二章為東協誕生的背景，提及亞洲區域主義，國際情勢的轉變及東協成立的直接因素和其宗旨。第三章述及東協區域政治合作，分別探討中立化、軍盟及對外關係的態度。第四章東協內區域經濟合，戶探討其合內容與困境第五章東協外區域經濟合作，探討其與日、美、歐洲共市，澳、紐及越南的經濟關係。第六章東協的評估，是本論文的總結論，分別就內、外因素展望東協的發展，分列悲、樂觀的看法且尋出他的發展策略。最後是結論，作為本論文的結束。
