Abstract:	本文計一冊，分六章廿四節，約為五、六萬字。第一章緒論。第一節研究動機與研究目的；第二節研究對象及研究範圍；第三節研究方法；第四節主要假設與邏輯網；第五節本研究之限制；第六節論文結構。第二章會計之功能，第一節會計之本質；第二節會計對管理之貢獻；第三節現代經濟社會□會計之任務；第四節本章彙述。第三章我國企業會計推行之情況。第一節目前會計在企業界之應用與地位。第二節企業會計人員之素質。第三節企業外界報表使用者對企業會計水準之印象。第四節本章彙述。第四章環境因素對會計實務之影響程度，第一節會計實務水準之衡量；第二節環境因素與會計實務水準之相關性分析；第三節本章彙述。第五章現況原因之探討及其影響。第一節企業發展過程與經濟結構之背景；第二節社會道德水準低落；第三節傳統會計方法無法完全適合時代之需要；第四節其他影響會計水準之因素；第五節本章彙述。第六章結論及建議。第一節結論；第二節建議。
