Abstract:	論文預計六萬餘字，分六章說明如下：本研究旨在：１調查我國民營企業原物料管理實務。２引介原物料管理之系統之法。３評介原物料管理系統之應用效果。至於研究構架可分三方面來說明：１原物料管理環境：企業規模，資本額、高階主管經營哲學，企業從業員工對管理技術之認知程度等。２原物料管理實務：原物料策劃。原物料組織、存量管制作業、採購作業、倉儲及領配作業、呆廢料作業。３原物料管理績效等。研究假設：１原物料管理環境和原物料管理實務有關係。２原物料管理實務和原物料管理績效有關係。３原物料策劃與存量管制作業、採購作業、倉儲作業等有關係。
