Abstract:	本論文共一冊，分六章，二十三節，全文約四萬餘字。本論文係以企業之外在環境為出發點，研究外在環境因素如何透過企業本身之認知而影響其企業策略之選擇，進而影響其企業之經營績效，第一章為導言，說明研究動機，方法及研究構架，列舉了本研究之假設及限制條件；第二章則在於探討外在環境因素在企業經營中之重要性，先列舉學者對於外在環境因素之分類，再探討外在環境對企業經營之影響，並研究企業於形成其策略時所考慮之重要的外在環境因素；第三章探討影響企業認知其外在環境變化之各項因素；第四章比較各產業對外在環境因素之重視程度偵測方式及資料來源之區別；第五章則探討對環境因素之認知與策略形成及績效之關係；第六章為結論與建議。
