    Abstract: 本論文凡一冊，共八萬字餘，分六章十三節：
    第一章 導論：分二節，第一節研究範圍。確定「先秦」一詞的時間段落，及使用的
    意義，並交待涉及的諸子人物與著作。第二節研究宗旨。引發本論文的取角與探討的
    問題。
    第二章 尚賢思札的緣起：分二節。第一節　宗法封建制度的反省。春秋戰國貴族政
    治自成熟而絢爛，時代斷絕，本節直指諸子尋求出路的精神。第二節實際政治的批導
    。春秋戰國霸政橫行，世衰首喪，本節闡揚諸子籌謀政治的宏願。
    第三章 尚賢思想的立論與理想：分二節。第一節託古的立論。康南海諸子託古改制
    闡微，允稱觀止之論，寖假而堯舜變化再三，本節印證之。第二節無為而治的理想。
    惟聖王秉持道樞，惟聖王尚賢使能，惟聖賢的「道」「德」玄同一體，無為而治可待
    化成。
    第四章 以「聖」定王的尚賢學說。分三節。第一節聖的本原。諸子法「天」。天者
    ，道之總稱，乃諸子「大畜」多識前言往行的感發。第二節聖的內涵。天道王德，渾
    然貫通，證會以成。第三節禪讓政治的議論。堯舜禪讓，其事關切政道，諸子紛云，
    並秉承道術，略抒議論。
    第五章 聖王的尚賢治術。分三節。第一節賢的玄同。聖賢一家，道德無別，雖然，
    聖賢差異幾希，有待辨明。聖王無為賢能有為，圓成諸子治道之極致。第二節尚賢治
    術的實踐。本節論及諸子端正聖王之尚賢使能的心意，並責成於踐形。第三節臣道。
    君臣名分，實質未虧，諸子頗有說教，並訥辨革命為權險之平的本心，以推斷其適切
    與否。
    第六章 結論。總結諸子政道與治道的說明。千古幽情，月白風清。
