Abstract:	貨幣市場是短期資金供應與需求的交易市場，它提供各種短期信用工具，如國庫券、銀行承兌匯票、商業本票、可轉讓之定期存單，使資金供應者與需求者，雙方順利的完成交易。我國貨幣市場成立未，及一年。此篇主要探討，從貨幣市場的建立應備何種條件開始，分析目前我國已具備了那些條件，從而將面臨那些問題。再來介紹英、美、日、菲四國貨幣市場的機構與工具，和我國現有的機構工具做個比較檢討。最後討論貨幣市場稍具規模後，對於各方面的影響。中央銀行如何實施公開市場操作，如何經由貨幣市場建立利率結構。貨幣市場發達後，我國銀行業務之展望，以及工商各界如何參與利用貨幣市場。
