Abstract:	本研究分成四大部份，共九章。第一部份第一章導論，敘述本研究的研究動機及問題，觀念構架、研究目的，研究內容及研究方法。第二部份探討廠商售後保證及服務之功能及政策，包括四章：第二章描述及比較美日及我國售後保證及服務之發展階段；第三章討論功能，內容及範圍；第四章分析服務成本之影響因素、收費方式；第五章研究服務組織類型，及其部門地位，中間商服務工作等。第三部份分析服務績效水準與消費者滿意態度，包括三章：第六章評估實質因素及績效水準之關係；第七章分析工具因素之影響；第八章辨認與售後保證及服務有關之一般因素及政府角色。第四部份係第九章，本研究之結論及限制。
