Abstract:	本論文分五章。第一章緒論，介紹本研究的目的與動機以及研究方法。第二章說明石油與我國經濟發展的關係。第三章就石油上漲對物價水準的衝擊作一分析，在本章將分三點說明：（１）國際原油上漲對國內產業生產成本的影響。（２）若國內油品價格上漲對產業生產成本及消費物價水準的影響。（３）油、電及運輸部門調整價格時對國內產業生產成本的影響。第四章我國經濟結構之轉變。第五章結論。
