Abstract:	本論文共約四萬字，分為五章，第一章為緒論，說明研究動機、目的，研究辦法及資料來源；第二章為中韓兩國紡織業發展過程及其對經濟發展的貢獻，共分四節，第一節說明兩國紡織業發展過程第二節為中韓紡織業快速成長原因，第三節為是否為關鍵部門的辨識第四節為其對經濟發展之貢獻，第三章為中韓兩國紡織品生產能力分析，共分三節，第一節為中韓兩國紡織業生產函數，第二節為兩國紡織業單位產量勞動成本之比較第三節為兩國輔導外銷之措施。第四章為兩國紡織品轉出銷售能力之比較，亦分為三節，第一節為外銷市場之分析第二節為影響轉出的外在因素，第三節為外銷所遭遇到的障礙。第五章為結論與建議。
