Title:	關稅同盟理論之發展

Abstract:	自第二次世界大戰以後，各種形式的經濟結合組織在歐洲，中南美洲及非洲陸續產生。此種結合組織具有兩面特徵，即一方面是趨向於自由貿易；但另一方面卻趨向於保護貿易。因此其組織對於世界福利水準的影響如何？成為經濟學家探討的主題，自一九五０年代以來逐漸形成一理論體系，本文即企圖對此一關稅同盟理論之發展作一有系統的說明。全文一冊，共分六章十八節，約三萬兩千餘言，第一章緒論：說明同盟理論研究的範圍以及本文的結構。第二章討論同盟理論的創始者J. Viner的主要貢獻，以及後來學者對其理論的批評。第三、四兩章討論J. Vanek及M. C. Kemp兩位學者，對於同盟理論所提出的一般均衡分析構架。第五章探討關稅同盟的動態效果。第六章為結論。
