Abstract:	本論文擬對國營事業推行變動預算作一探討。本研究共分五章，內容簡要說明於下：第一章：緒論。說明本研究之目的、基本假設、及所用的研究方法，並對以後各童之安排與內容作一簡單的介紹。第二章：變動預算理論之探討。其中說明變動預算之意義與功能、工作活動單位的選擇與攸關全距，成本習性的性質，成本習性的分析方法及變動預算的編製形式與釋例。第三章：國營事業預算制度之有關現況。其中簡介目前國營事業預算之編製情形，其成本分類之實際情況，最近幾年所編預算與執行結果之比較，以及從業人員對預算之反映。第四章：實施變動預算現制度改進之芻議。其中從會計、預算、經營等多方面，對國營事業實施變動預算作一建言。第五章：結論。
