Title:	變方分析在品質管制上之研究

Abstract:	本文裝訂一冊，篇幅分八章，除了首章基本假設與假設成立否之檢定及本章結論外，主要內容詳述六章。第二章迦及品管上利用實驗計劃所得資料欲做解析時所研究的問題對象與解決方法先綜合性的介紹並配合下幾章因素配置原理做研究。第三、四章是因素配置就二元、三元配置以二種設計法－－Ｃ.Ｒ與Ｒ.Ｂ為主，做三種模型－－母數、隨機、混合模型之研究。在品管上，母數模型之因子諸如溫度、觸媒量等是可以人為控制的。隨機模型因子諸如大氣壓力，空氣濕度等是無法加以控制只能以隨機方式抽得，致於檢定乃由於模型不同而有別，文中均詳為介紹。第五章，拉丁方格設計，此設計可作為控制兩因素（行與列）之用。在品管上如因素間無交互作用時，可利用此法迅速獲得欲要情報或減少經費、時間等益處。第六章，多元配置。內容前半部筆者設計了一重複多元變方分析模型，做為一般適用的檢定工具，不管因子多寡皆無得其適用性。內容後半部則專門研究直交表十計劃之配置與解析，並輔之以實例。第七章討論在基本假設不成立時之變方分析。實務上我們所得資料往往無法滿足三項假設，如何解決以完成變方分析及Ｆ檢定法之應用，本章提出解決之道
