Abstract:	本文計分五章，廿小節及結論。第一章對於本文所欲探討之統計決策，將其相關之數學邏輯作一簡要說明。第二章吾人建立第一種邏輯決策模型，並介紹邏輯網狀圖，使所產生之決策模式得以圖形表示。在此章中，吾人以某一公司明年是否適宜製售新產品為例，說明一系列的決策模型。第三章吾人由機率與邏輯運算之比較，推展出機率決策模型，使得未來狀況的不確定性以機率形式表現出來。第四章建立第三種期望值的決策模型，使得能以一種為吾人所直覺接受的數量大小來比較所採之行動途徑的優劣。第五章將前述之三種決策模型作綜合的比較分析，並給予推廣。最後為本文之結論強調三種決策模型是決策的三個必要過程，而形成決策問題所必要的分析工具。
