Abstract:	第一緒序論荊釵記為四大傳奇之一，屬元未明初之南戲時期，故對於南戲先作一番概略述說，出商戲之名稱，源流及發展，以至南戲之體制，唱法等加以論述。第二章荊釵記作者商榷荊釵記作者，曲品以至曲海總目皆題柯丹邱作，南詞敘錄中則有兩本。一入宋元舊編，一篇李景雲編。雨村曲話則以為王伯成作。至王國維曲錄又以為朱權所作。因柯丹邱未聞以南曲名，而寧獻王洞曉音律，自號丹邱先生，舊本當題丹邱書，後人遂誤作柯丹邱。本章將各說加以詳析而得較確之結論。第三童荊釵記本事質疑首先敘述全劇之梗概，進而探討故事源流。二種說法之確實性，並及劇情主題，劇中人物加以分析及考證其人廈實性。第四章荊釵紀結構研究由分齣探討情節發展，並述各齣內容，次述聯套、音律，末討論其文章，於本論文屬核心部份。第五章傳本比較荊釵記流傳至今，有兩種團圓形式不同之本，蓋曾經文人修改，已非原貌，此章記各種版本後加以比較同異。第六章結構探討荊釵記之文學價值，前人之批評，與其搬演之情形。
