    Abstract: 本論文共一冊，有六萬字，分為五章，主要內容在闡釋蘇聯對美國和平共存政
    策的理論與實際策略運用，時間是一九六四至一九七二年。
    第一章 概說
    本章在說明蘇聯及美國對一九七二年蘇美莫斯科宣言中「和平共存」
    基本原則的看法，並敘述蘇美關系的本質。
    第二章 和平共存政策發展的歷史
    第一節 列寧與史達林對和平共存政策的觀念
    第二節 赫魯雪夫的和平共存政策
    本章第一節在說明和平共存的淵源，從列寧開始提出「和平共處」到
    史達林的對德和平共存及戰後對美的和平共存政策。在這一階段和平
    共存政策仍然是一種戰術。第二節是敘述赫魯雪夫對核子戰爭的認識
    及其將和平共存政策作為一種戰略。在這一階段的和平、存政策已完
    全改觀，其中最主要的改變是赫氏主張戰爭已不再是不可避，對於與
    美國的鬥爭須用和平競爭的手段。
    第三章 現階段的和平共存政策
    第一節 目前蘇美和平共存關係
    第二節 目前領導階層的和平共存理論
    第三節 蘇聯對美和平共存政策的策略
    本章在說明一九六四年到一九七二年布里茲涅夫上台執政後的和平共
    存理論，與蘇聯在這期間的對美和平共存政策的策略運用。
    第四章 美國對和平共存政策的反應
    第一節 美國對和平共存政策的認識
    第二節 詹森政府對和平共存政策的反應
    第三節 尼克森政府對和平共存政策的反應
    本章在說明美國政府對和平共存政策的看法，以及蘇聯的和平共存政
    策如何得到美國的默認，而成為蘇美關係的基本原則。
    第五章 結論
    本章在說明蘇聯對美的和平共存政策成為蘇美關係的基本原則後並非
    是放棄其鬥爭之本質而與美國合流。
