Abstract:	第一章「緒論」，說明本研究之動機、目的、經過、研究方法與特性及限制。第二章「企業疾病與診斷」，概述企業疾病之種類、診察疾病之方法，及企業體檢之重要。第三章「傳統的診斷方法」，討論五種主要的傳統診斷方法并兼論及得失取捨。第四章至第六章為「建議的診斷方法」，共提出十二種新的診斷方法，為作者大膽之建議，也是本研究的中心。第七章「中日企業診斷之比較」，乃因有鑒於台灣地區企業診斷之落伍及刻不容緩，而資料少，倡者更少，乃特介紹日本之企業診斷方式俾所參考，最後一章為「結論與建議」含有多項之建議。
