Abstract:	第一章為概論，討論人壽保險之基本原理，保險契約基本型態與人壽保險公司之營業組織。第二章介紹基本保險數理，討論生死機率、生存年金、純保險費與總保險費之計算。第三章為會計科目，分別對資產類科目，負債類科目，收入、支出類科目逐一討論。第四章為資產評價，討論今昔資產評價方法與有價證券法定評價準備金，以及資金之投資。第五章為責任準備金，討論責任準備金之意義、計算方法與修正責任準備基金之方法。第六章為其他問題之分析，包括費用分析、利源分析、失效率分析。第七章為壽險公司會計報表之編製，包括壽險會計原理，與報表編製之方法。
