Title:	安哥拉民族主義運動之研究

Abstract:	安哥拉是葡萄牙最大的海外領土，安哥拉民族主義運動是非洲歷時最久的民族主義運動。自一九六○年代開始後，非洲國家紛紛獨立，而葡萄牙竟在此狂熱的非洲民族主義大浪潮下，不為所動，仍然堅持其殖民政策，以歐洲蕞爾小國統治為其本土之十四倍的安哥拉，垂四百餘年之久木其特一也。葡萄牙統治安哥拉的政策，一般稱之為「基督教的家長政治」實行個別同化政策，旨在建立一個「多極族國家」，其特一也。聯合國審議安哥拉問題，歷時十數年，通過給予安哥拉民獨立的決議案不計其數，然而葡萄牙以國內管轄事件為由，不予置理，聯合國竟未採取有效行動，其特三也。安哥拉自於一九六一年掀起大風暴。以後十餘年間，只有一些間歇性的游擊戰，並未獲得決定性的進展，其特四也。民族主義運動的組織富有部落的色彩，內部派系複雜，各自為政各自尋求外援，互相傾軋，其特五也。安哥拉問題已成為國際性的問題，關係大國的利益，其特六也。本論文依此六項觀念，為經為緯，以剖析安哥拉民族主義之運動，及其今後之發展本論文共分六章、十七節，都六萬餘言。
