Title:	「九大」以後中共之對外策略

Abstract:	一九六八年八月蘇聯出兵侵佔捷克，在世界上引起諸多指責，尤其在東歐共黨國家，對蘇不但不滿而且極為恐懼。中共乃激烈批評蘇聯為大國沙文主義，任意宰割小國。一九六九年三月並乘勢挑起珍寶島的武裝衝突，以加深世人對蘇聯大國沙文主義侵略弱國的印象。一九六九年四月，中共搶先在世共大會前召開了「九大」。同時，中共為應付蘇聯的威脅，於「九大」後並空前地邀請了尼克森訪問北平。因此，中共為利用和適應「九大」前後的世界局勢變化，而開始改變其對外策略。本文雖定名為：「九大」以後中共之對外策略，但對「九大」前的國際局勢仍略有分析，以便揭穿中共「九大」後「笑臉外交」和「兩手策略」之陰謀。
