Abstract:	本文共約十萬餘言，分八章，茲將各章要旨列舉如次: 第一章緒論: 引介定價決策之重要性與所受影響之因素，以及成本在定價決策中之地位。第二章成本因素對定價決策之影響: 闡述售價一成本一數量之關係，及各類成本對定價決策之影響。第三章經濟理論上之價格決定: 討論供給與需要關係及各種市場之價格決定理論。第四章會計上之價格決定方法: 說明會計上依成本以定價格之方法，為本文重點之所在。第五章特殊定使問題: 簡介特殊的幾種定價決策方法。第六章定價策略: 提出通常應用之差別定價策略及其他定價策略。第七章實例研究: 就目前最為社會大眾矚目的省內彩色電視機減價及石油加價問題作一檢討並加以分析研究。第八章結論: 對本文作一總結。
