Title:	運用統計方法之盈虧兩平點分析

Abstract:	盈虧兩平點，除了在分析財務報告時，可提供虧損與利潤變化情況外；在企業管理與決策上亦有甚大用途。尤其在決策上的應用，正日漸增廣中。而盈虧兩平點之所以漸受重視而被廣泛應用，統計方法的運用居功最大。本文在盈虧兩平點的求算和應用的整個過程，共分三大部份：第一部份係就決定盈虧兩平點的成本線與銷貨線之各種模型及求算加以討論。第二部份係就單種及兩種產品產銷時求算盈虧兩平點的各種方法加以論述。第三部份係就利潤策劃，工廠擴充、投資風險和生產方法等四方面之應用加以闡述。其中生產方法之應用一節所述，利用統計對局以解決宜採何種生產方法（生產之問題），同時已進入實用階段。對局理論即能幫助企業外部決策且也幫助企業內部決策之擬定。每一部份在涉及運用統計方法時，都做較深入且較詳細的說明。不僅注重理論之探討，且力求實用。
