Title:	無票面金額股票發行對公司影響之實證研究

Abstract:	本論文研究方向，係根據新修訂之公司法第一百四十條規定：「股票之發行價格，不得低於票面金額。但公開發行股票之公司，證券管理機關另有規定者，不在此限。」來做為主要研究之方針。在該條允許公司於發行股票時得以不受面額十元限制後，本文以規劃研究設計之實證方式，探討公司若發行無面額股票對其造成之影響；共計有四項研究命題，茲分述如下：
