Title:	台商國際化策略與進入模式互動之研究

Abstract:	台灣廠商在過去三十年間陸陸續續有國際化經營的舉動，這些企業在國際化的過程中，其國際化策略與進入模式之間的互動為本研究所關注的主要課題。擬探討的問題有：　　一、國際化策略與進入模式兩者之間的互動關係為何？　　二、企業之國際化策略如何指導其國際化進入模式？　　三、國際化進入模式又是如何與國際化策略配合？　　四、除國際化策略以外，外在環境又是如何影響國際化進入模式？　　研究採個案研究法進行，藉由過往之文獻與訪談的結果，逐漸釐清各企業國際化策略的重點與採用的進入模式之間的因果關係，以及決策的影響因素，最後提出相關的命題。　　綜觀本研究的研究結果，我們可以將研究發現總結如下︰　　一、當地環境為進入模式的重要限制　　二、國際化策略與進入模式必須互相配合　　三、不同的國際化策略對進入模式的影響程度不一　　四、當地垂直整合之價值活動會影響進入模式的選擇　　五、在進入模式的選擇上，管理控制與盈餘分配權利是主要的決策構面　　六、管理控制與盈餘分配權利可以兼顧
