    Title: 異業合作網路管理機制之探討

    Abstract: 　　自1980年代起，許多企業紛紛採行合作策略，合組策略聯盟，建立各種網路關係，以期能在日益複雜的經營環境下，仍能持續成長而不墜。這股合作聯盟的風潮，除了一般常見之數個組織在行銷或研發上的單純的合作外，數個不同專業的廠商間就其專業上的合作案例也不少；而此種結合數種不同專長廠商以共同完成產品所形成之合作網路即本研究所謂之「異業合作網路」。這種數個不同專業問之異業合作網路，在實務上處處可見，例如：多媒體製作、旅行社、資訊電子產業等均屬此類。
    　　本研究希望能對此一日益盛行的異業合作方式作一探討，以了解不同任務環境風險及溝通介面清晰度下之異業合作網路的中心廠商對其合作成員應採取何種管理機制，以提高整體網路之績效。本研究採個案分析方式，共計訪談四個不同的異業合作網路，包含：多媒體製作網路、筆記型電腦製造網路、旅遊業網路、軟體資訊服務網路，主要的研究發現如下：
    　　1.中心廠商對合作成員之管理類型依其所處任務環境風險與溝通介面清晰度的不同，可分為四型：球隊經理型、現實政客型、精打細算型及傳統村長型。
    　　2.任務環境風險與清晰度對異業合作網路之「網路專案的形成」影響不大。
    　　3.無論任務環境風險及溝通介面清晰度為何，網路的設計與運作必有一基本的型態—星狀網路＋窗口式溝通。此外，溝通介面清晰度將影響合作網路採取不同的輔助網路的設計與運作方式—網路網路＋成員直接互動。
    　　4.網路的看護作法的採用同時受任務環境風險與溝通介面清晰度的共同影響。可依其特性，將作法分為恩威並施、重威、重恩及最低監督型。
    　　5.任務環境風險及溝通介面清晰度對徵選標準有共同的影響。
