Title:	電腦連接器金膜厚之參數設計

Abstract:	田口式品質工程自1980年起便在美國盛行，近年來在台灣工業界，應用成功的案例不勝枚舉。田口方法的主要特色是利用損失函數，信號雜音比(SN Ratio)與實驗設計中的直交試驗，以最少的試驗次數和損失成本得到最穩定的品質效果。　　近年許多期刊論文可以看到統計學者們對田口式品質工程提出一些批判，和改良的方法。本研究以鴻海精密股份有限公司為個案，分別利用田口方法、迴歸分析法及一次損失函數下的田口方法找尋使端子金膜厚最一致且成本最低的最佳因子組合。由研究的結果發現迴歸分析法不但準確、客觀，且可以改善田口式品質工程的一些限制與缺失。所以我們建議在產品的研發上或設計產品品質時，應使用迴歸分析法找尋最佳的因子組合，以在最低的成本下，達到穩健的品質。
