    Abstract: 　　貨櫃化運輸助長複合運輸的發展，並提供及戶的高服務水準，已成為目前世界貨物運輸之主流。台灣屬海島地形且位居亞太航線樞紐，遂恃此優越環境發展以海運為主的貨櫃運輸方式，復海島型經濟仰賴貨櫃運輸之進出口強度甚高，且近年來政府大力推展亞太海運中心，海運之貨櫃量逐年增加，而國內國際海運業者大多還未進行資訊化，往往造成效率的低落，所以本研究將試圖以國際海運業為例，以IDEF0模組來探討國際海運集團內的船公司、拖車公司、貨櫃場之間的作業流程，並試圖找出它們企業內部流程整合的地方，並以跨組織流程整合的概念建構一套跨組織產能協調系統架構，試圖打破組織的離藩，統合上下游企業間的跨組織產能協調架構，來整合國際海運業成員之間的價值活動、作業流程、資訊與資源，期能夠對於國內的物流產業對於跨組織資訊化有所幫助。
