Title:	不同匯率制度之下福利的比較與分析

Abstract:	本論文採用跨期最適分析法，探討在不同的模型設定之下，不同的貨幣面衝擊，將封在不同的匯率制度之下的經濟體系，造成何種影響，且比較本國在均衡時可達到的福利水準。　　我們將在第一部份，嘗試由Helpman (1981)的一致性比較出發，在國際間資本可完全移動的分析架構下，配合個體跨期最適化行為，透過市場結清條件，得到不同匯率制度之下的均衡與福利水準；更藉此討論不同匯率制度在隔絕貨幣面干擾上的效果。而在第二部份，以MIUF模型作相同的探討與比較。　　我們發現由於對貨幣所扮演角色詮釋的不同，導致不同匯率制度之下，經濟體系面對不同的貨幣面衝擊時，所達到的福利水準，並不同於Helpman (1981)所指出的，不同匯率制度將會達到相同的福利水準。　　在MIUF模型中，我們可以清楚地看出，由於民眾的預期心態，導致實質餘額效果的出現，使得浮動匯率制度之下，個體持有實質貨幣餘額的機會成本發生變動，因此不同匯率制度將會達到不同的福利水準。
