Title:	創業投資公司對高科技產業股價評估模式之研究

Abstract:	近年來國內產業外移，環保意識抬頭，使國內企業在國際舞台上不再具有成本優勢。為了能夠維持經濟成長，勢必朝資本密集及技術密集的高科技產業發展，所以高科技產業未來發展的榮枯與否，直接牽繫台灣未來產業發展能否升級的關鍵。然而高科技產業的發展必須有充裕的資金。因此，政府乃引進在國外發展極為成功的創業投資（Venture Capital）事業，希望結合資金、技術、市場與經營管理專家力量，推動國內高科技事業的的發展，並加速產業升級。
