良好的工作生活品質意指館員對所從事的工作感興趣，覺得工作是有意義、具挑戰性的，而且在工作上能擁有自主權及充分的參與。本文旨在探討鄉鎮圖書館館員之工作生活品質，除了可供圖書館管理實務之參考外，亦可作為圖書資訊學界未來後續研究之基礎。 Research applications on the quality of working life are extensive in industrial and service settings. The purpose of this paper is to assess the quality of working life among librarians of public libraries in rural area. The researcher explores every aspects of quality of working life among the rural librarians in Taiwan and the result of an empirical study is presented.
