    Abstract: 本文主要目的是探討開放式資訊取用(Open access)對圖書館館藏發展及其服務所產生的衝擊,首先本文經由開放式資訊取用的梗概與發展現況為基礎,進而劃分為工作重點、圖書館政策、評鑑方式、長久保存與經營模式進行研究,以提出研究發現與觀點。最後,本文嘗試導入知識管理及數位學習,以重新界定開放式資訊取用與圖書館的定位。
    This paper is an exploratory study meant to examine the impact of open access on library collection and service. The research ranges over a number of aspects, including library task, policy, evaluation, long term preservation, and management model. This study moreover attempts to reconfigure the connection of open access with library activities by viewing the issue from the perspectives of knowledge management and e-Learning.
