Abstract:	工作輪調是一項管理的有效工具，本文首先闡釋輪調的意義及作用，並從圖書館的組織特性提出輪調的構想，最後則提出實施輪調制度時應注意事項，僅供同業參考。 Job rotation is an effective management tool. In this article, the functions of this management technique are stated; then from the view of the characteristic of the organization, the implementation in the library community is proposed. Lastly, the author try to indicate what should be concerned in rotation program.
