本研究旨在發展大學教師教學評鑑量表。研究者以某大學現有教學評鑑工具為基礎，並依據教學評鑑理論，透過師生意見調查、師生代表座談會議、相關文獻歸納及問卷調查分析等步驟，進行量表題目編修工作。並以嚴謹的統計檢定程序，確認本量表題目之信效度。研究工具採用自編之調查問卷和量表，以某大學全校專任教師與學生樣本進行施測，驗證性因素分析的有效問卷836份。實證資料經由項目分析、探索性和驗證性因素分析考驗，發展出由教學內容、教學方法、師生互動、學習評量和學生學習等五個構面，18個題目組成的大學教師教學評鑑量表。本工具具有良好信度與效度，且具有不受師生變項影響的複核效度，適合大學生評鑑教師教學及教師自評教學使用。 The purpose of this study was to develop the University Teacher Teaching Evaluation Scale (UTTES). The study was based on the current teaching evaluation instrument and made reference to the theory of teaching evaluation. The scale was revised through teachers and students’ opinions reflective survey， teachers and students’ discussion， related literatures， and a questionnaire analysis. The reliability and validity of the scale was confirmed through the statistical analysis. The survey questionnaire and scale were used in this study. The subjects were the full-time teachers and student samples in the university. The empirical data were examined through item analysis， exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The UTTES was consisted of 18 items. The 18 items can be divided into five dimensions: curriculum contents， teaching methods， the interaction of teachers and students， learning assessments， and students’ learning. The result showed that UTTES has a good reliability and validity. The UTTES can be used by students evaluating university teachers and teachers’ selfevaluation.
