    Title: 美「中」第七次戰略暨經濟對話之意義與影響

    Abstract: 2015 年6 月22 日至24 日在華府舉行第七輪美中戰略與經濟對話（Strategic and Economic Dialogue, S&ED），由中共國務委員楊潔篪與美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）共同主持戰略對話，雙方就重大雙邊地區和全球性問題深入交換意見經濟對話是由中共副總理汪洋、美國財政部長盧雅各（Jacob Lew）共同主持；第六輪中美「人文交流高層磋商」則由中共副總理劉延東和國務卿凱瑞共同主持。自2009 年起，美國與中共每年舉行安全與經濟首長層級的「戰略暨安全對話」，文化交流後來也加入年度對話，成為三個管道的對話機制。值得注意的是，此次對話後北京宣布分別達成戰略對話100 多項、經濟對話70 多項、人文對話119 項的成果。儘管如此，華府所傳出的訊息卻相對地審慎大於樂觀，主要因為中美在舉行此次對話之前，因中共在南海填海造陸、大陸駭客涉嫌攻擊美國企業引起美國強烈反彈，成為此次對話的焦點。
