In nineties of last century, the collapse of USSR terminated Bi-polar system confrontation, and opened up the post-Cold War era, which accelerated the global interdependence of modernization. The end of Cold War urges other states to devote themselves to the reconstruction of the international order and the political-economic relations, and to adjust their positions with an aim to gain advantages in new era. Due to the international power change in post-Cold War and the transformative characters of globalization, the author proposes five types of new vision for China-Taiwan relation: 1. manageable relation 2. negotiable relation(instead of confrontation)3. relation of economic-oriented politics 4. cross-strait consciousness relation. 5. non-state relation.
